In 2013 a dream was realized when construction began on UNAKO House in Dang.

 

Volunteers from both Her International and DWC assisted in the construction of this solar-powered house that now serves as Headquarters for CP Nepal Dang staff, a local community centre, housing for volunteers and the base of our Cooperative. 

 

As an organization, our reach and our capacity have grown exponentially since 2014 when UNAKO House was completed.  Our staff grew from 2 people to 10 in just 5 years. 

Additionally, we often rent out the meeting space which serves as an income source to offset our operating/maintenance expenses.
